The day after its official inauguration at the French Embassy, the Henri Capitant Cambodia Association has organized a conference regarding “The values of continental law through the modernization of the law and the questions regarding the reform of the law”, which has been hold at the National University of Management on the 23th April 2014.

The official inauguration of the Association has been hold at the French Embassy in the presence of M. Denis Mazeaud, President of the Henri Capitant France Association, on the 22 April 2014.

Participation to the seminar on “The legislative process in Cambodia – Achievements and Challenges” organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation at the Sokha Hotel, Sihanoukville. The foundation asked Mr. Hisham Mousar, member of the Scientific Council to kindly make a written contribution in their third publication devoted to the Cambodian constitutional law.
