Event: First friendly meeting of Henri Capitant Association in Cambodia – 3 February 2014
To celebrate the official establishment of the Association Henri Capitant friends of the civil legal culture in Cambodia, we had the honor and pleasure to invite all The Henri Capitant Association friends in Cambodia at a very friendly informal drink Monday, February 3rd at 19:00 at the Cabaret Restaurant.
Among the present personalities, there were three members of the Scientific Council, Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, Dr. Vincent Tomkiewicz, Professor at the University of Paris 8 and the Under-Secretary of State for rural Development Dr. Chan Sangvar Theng in order to bring together people interested in becoming members of the Association. The First Counselor of the French Embassy, Mr. Alain Fortin, and the First Secretary of the French Embassy Mr. Nicolas Baudouin, have also joined us.
