A description of the outlines of the Cambodian law in a reasonable sized book, written by the Henri Capitant Cambodia Association’s members, which will allow everyone to know its foundations and its fundamentals.

In this perspective, this publication includes developments on the history of law, the constitutional framework, legal actors, criminal law, rights of persons, family law, property law, contract law, tort law, quasi-contracts, business law and labor law.

This book will be published  in the upcoming months of 2016 in several countries  by LGDJ-Lextenso.
